HR Senior Specialist

A well-established organisation in the commercial automotive sector seeks an HR Senior Specialist in Taiwan to manage a broad HR portfolio spanning talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning and development, and the employee lifecycle.

This role offers the opportunity to broaden your HR expertise, take ownership across the full employee journey, and influence people initiatives that support both employee experience and business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, employer branding, social recruitment, agency management and university engagement
• Oversee monthly payroll, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, benefits administration and annual tax filing coordination
• Drive learning and development initiatives, from training needs analysis and programme coordination to mandatory training compliance
• Manage the employee lifecycle across onboarding, HRIS administration, transfers, promotions, expatriate assignments and offboarding
• Support employee engagement, performance management, employee surveys, company events and cross-functional HR projects

Candidate profile:

• Experience across multiple HR functions, with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations
• Hands-on experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, employee lifecycle management and HR administration
• Exposure to learning and development, employee engagement and performance management initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and external partners
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple HR priorities with accuracy and ownership
