Position Title: Head of Human Resources
Location: Taiwan
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the full HR function across our growing retail business. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, driving organizational development, and acting as a true business partner to the executive team. The ideal candidate is resilient, agile, and eager to embrace challenges in a fast-paced, evolving business with international exposure.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership:
Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align HR strategy with business goals; act as a key driver of organizational effectiveness and culture transformation. -
HR Business Partnership:
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design. Support strategic initiatives in both local and overseas markets (especially the USA). -
Organizational Development:
Lead and implement OD programs including structure redesign, talent review, leadership development, and change management to support business transformation. -
Global HR Project Execution:
Take ownership of key cross-border HR projects, with an initial focus on the US business unit, ensuring alignment with global business objectives. -
Full Function HR Management:
Oversee all HR operations including Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, Employee Relations, and HRIS. Ensure policy compliance and operational excellence. -
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor an HR team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Key Requirements

Experience:
-
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR leadership role

Proven success in full-spectrum HR management

Strong background in HRBP model with excellent stakeholder management

Experience in multinational or cross-border HR project management, especially supporting US markets

Manufacturing experience is a strong plus
