HR Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to lead HR operations in Taiwan and support regional collaboration across Greater China. This role covers recruitment, C&B, training, and performance management, and is ideal for hands-on professionals eager to make strategic impact in a multi-country setting.

  • Lead full-spectrum HR operations in Taiwan, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, labor law compliance, training, and performance management

  • Design and implement hiring strategies for both frontline retail and head office positions, including seasonal and high-volume recruitment

  • Oversee payroll, attendance, insurance, and contract management

  • Develop and manage structured training programs for new hires, store managers, and leadership pipelines

  • Facilitate performance review processes and support functional managers in KPI setting and evaluation

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities

  • Collaborate with HR teams in China and Hong Kong to align local practices with regional HR strategies and ensure compliance

  • Consolidate and analyze HR data (e.g., headcount, attrition, compensation benchmarks) for management reporting

  • Coordinate cross-border HR initiatives such as HRIS implementation, employee surveys, and organizational restructuring

  • Support regional talent development and succession planning; act as a key liaison between Taiwan HQ and Greater China HR teams
