A well-established multinational organisation seeks an HR Advisor in Taipei to support HRIS operations, enhance HR processes, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

As an HR Advisor, you will support HR operations, manage HRIS processes, and coordinate with stakeholders to improve systems and efficiency.

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration
  • Support full employee lifecycle and HR documentation
  • Act as the HRIS main point of contact, liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Collaborate with Regional CoE and local teams on HR initiatives
  • Support / drive HRIS projects (implementation, data migration, process optimisation)

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring HR operations experience, SAP SuccessFactors expertise, HRIS project exposure, strong English skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach.

  • Solid experience in HR operations / HR administration
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a must
  • Experience in HRIS projects, process improvement, or vendor coordination
  • Strong English communication skills (able to work with regional teams and external partners)
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive
