The Company is looking for an experienced Compensation and Performance Management Manager to lead the Company's compensation strategy, benefits system and performance management system. Responsible for developing and executing a company-wide compensation strategy, ensuring a fair and competitive system, and continuously monitoring market trends to stay ahead of the curve.

In your day-to-day role, you'll analyze compensation data, track market dynamics, design innovative benefits packages, and lead the optimization and implementation of performance management systems. In addition, this position emphasizes cross-departmental communication and collaboration, which requires you to be good at listening to the needs of different units and proposing feasible solutions. At the same time, we also look forward to your active participation in team talent cultivation and knowledge inheritance, and jointly create a working atmosphere of mutual trust and common prosperity. In this role, your carefulness, sensitivity and sensitivity to numbers will be indispensable to success, and your efforts will have a direct impact on corporate culture, employee satisfaction and overall business results.
