We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking C&B professional to take charge of our total rewards programs across Taiwan, with a strategic focus on building scalablescalable, competitive, and compliant compensation frameworks. This position plays a key role in shaping our rewards philosophy, driving equity and benefits initiatives, and ensuring smooth payroll governance in a fast-evolving networking technology environment.


Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Rewards Planning
    Formulate and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with company goals, reflect market trends, and support talent attraction and retention across the region.

  • Market & Pay Structure Analysis
    Leverage compensation survey data and external benchmarks to assess market positioning, provide actionable insights, and recommend adjustments to improve pay equity and competitiveness.

  • Performance & Incentive Program Ownership
    Design and manage annual merit review cycles, variable pay programs, and long-/short-term incentives such as RSUsRSUs and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPESOP), tailored to the demands of the networking tech industry.

  • Equity Program & Compliance Oversight
    Administer employee stock programs in accordance with Taiwan's regulatory environment, including compliance with the Securities and Exchange Act and company-level shareholder governance.

  • HR Tech and System Enhancement
    Lead initiatives to modernizemodernize and streamline HRISHRIS and compensation-related processes, ensuring accurate, efficient, and data-driven operations.

  • Benefits Plan Optimization
    Optimization Continuously evaluate and improve employee benefit offerings to meet diverse workforce needs, enhance employee wellbeing,wellbeing and support the company’s employer brand.

  • Taiwan Payroll Governance
    Provide strategic support and oversight for payroll execution in Taiwan, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laborand tax regulations.

  • Regulatory Risk Management
    Monitor labor laborlaw changes and tax obligations to ensure all compensation, incentive, and retirement programs meet both local and international legal requirements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
    Act as the subject-matter expert for total rewards, advising HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership on compensation-related matters, including equity strategy and performance rewards.


Candidate Profile

  • Academic Background & Experience
    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Finance, Law, Economics, or related disciplines. 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in high-tech or networking industries.

  • Stock & Equity Expertise
    Hands-on experience administering equity compensation for public companies in Taiwan; familiarity with securities law, corporate governance, and shareholder reporting processes.

  • Analytical Mindset
    Strong numerical and analytical capabilities; adept with tools like Excel (PivotTables,PivotTables VLOOKUP,VLOOKUP Power Query) and HR data dashboards. Ability to interpret data into actionable C&B strategy.

  • Industry Awareness
    Knowledge of compensation practices and trends relevant to the networking technology space, including talent market dynamics and regulatory developments.

  • Communication & Influence
    Skilled at presenting compensation frameworks to cross-functional leaders and aligning diverse stakeholders on total rewards strategy.
