Position overview:

The Senior HRBP will partner with senior leaders across the organisation, translating business priorities into effective people and organisational strategies. This role requires strong technology industry knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to build credibility with an international management team.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders on organisation planning, workforce strategy, talent management, and leadership development
• Develop a strong understanding of the AI and technology market to provide relevant people insights and recommendations
• Support organisation design, succession planning, performance management, and change initiatives
• Identify people and organisational risks and provide practical, data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with HR specialist teams, including Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment, L&D, Employer Branding, and Shared Services
• Coach leaders on people management, employee engagement, and complex employee matters
• Act as a potential successor to the HR Director, gradually taking on broader leadership responsibilities

Candidate profile:

• At least 10 years’ HR experience, including solid HRBP experience supporting technology organisations
• Strong understanding of the AI, software, or broader technology talent market
• Proven experience partnering with senior and international business leaders
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and organisational consulting capabilities
• Ability to communicate with technical and business leaders using relevant industry and commercial language
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills are essential
• Experience working in a global or fast-growing technology environment is preferred
