A leading technology organisation seeks a Head of People and Culture in Taiwan to transform its people strategy and build a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead group-wide leadership development, building management and executive capability across countries and career levels
  • Own the regional Management Trainee programme, covering graduate hiring, rotations, mentoring and leadership placement
  • Build succession and talent frameworks to strengthen the leadership pipeline and prepare high-potential talent for critical roles
  • Drive organisational effectiveness through workforce planning, restructuring, organisation design and capability assessments
  • Shape a high-performance culture through performance management, learning, engagement, wellbeing and leadership accountability
  • Advise the CEO and executive team on strategic hiring, workforce planning, culture transformation and organisational performance

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline; Master’s or MBA preferred
  • At least 15 years’ progressive HR leadership experience, including senior executive-level responsibility
  • Proven experience leading regional or multinational HR functions across multiple countries
  • Strong track record in leadership development, succession planning and organisational transformation
  • Strategic business partner with experience advising CEOs and executive teams on people strategy and change
  • Executive presence, strong commercial acumen and coaching skills to influence leaders and drive organisational growth
