Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to shape people strategies aligned with commercial priorities and organisational goals
  • Lead workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, and employee engagement to support sustainable growth
  • Guide employee relations, change management, and organisational effectiveness to foster a productive workplace
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, global HR teams, and Centres of Excellence to deliver local and cross-border HR initiatives
  • Leverage HR data, market insights, and stakeholder partnerships to inform decisions and strengthen workforce capability across markets

Candidate profile:

  • Experienced HR Business Partner in a multinational organisation, supporting business growth, transformation, and complex matrix environments
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning, organisational development, talent management, performance management, and employee relations
  • Experience in technology, electronics, manufacturing, semiconductor, or related sectors, with exposure to global stakeholders and HR Centres of Excellence
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and ability to influence people-related decisions
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across local and global teams
