HR Business Partner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Business Partner to join a thriving organisation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping people strategies, fostering employee engagement, and driving organisational success.
This organisation is a well-established multinational manufacturing company with a stable business presence across Asia. To support continuous business growth in Taiwan, they are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their onsite HR team in Xindian.
Operating under a CoE HR model, this role will closely partner with business leaders and collaborate with regional Centres of Excellence across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, etc.
Key responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals and workforce priorities
- Advise on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, succession, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with regional and local HR teams to implement people programs, policies, and initiatives effectively
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, leadership coaching, and retention strategies
- Support organisational transformation, restructuring, and change management while addressing business challenges proactively
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and governance standards while fostering a positive, high-performance culture
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you will bring extensive HR experience within manufacturing or multinational environments, along with strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of Taiwan labour law.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience with strong HR Business Partnering exposure
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, multinational, or matrix organisations preferred
- Familiarity with CoE HR operating models and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan labour laws, HR practices, and compliance standards
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills, with strong English communication skills
- Hands-on, commercially driven, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Agile and resilient, able to thrive in fast-paced environments while partnering closely with operational leaders
