An automotive organisation in Taiwan seeks an experienced HRBP Head to lead the Taiwan HR Business Partnering function and partner closely with senior business leaders to drive strategic people initiatives.

This role will lead a sizeable HR team of approximately 5 HR members and play a critical role in organisational development, leadership partnership, employee engagement, and transformation execution across the business.

The hiring manager is highly open-minded and appreciates individuals who are sharp, agile, business-oriented, and able to build trust quickly with stakeholders and employees alike.

Key responsibilities:

As HRBP Head, you will lead people strategy, partner with senior leaders, drive organisational transformation, and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture across the organisation.

  • Partner with business leaders across multiple business units to drive people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and employee experience initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a sizeable HR team while ensuring HR operations and practices comply with local regulations and governance standards
  • Drive organisational transformation projects including organisation redesign, workforce planning, restructuring, process optimisation, and change management
  • Provide strategic guidance on organisational development, succession planning, talent development, employee relations, leadership coaching, and cultural transformation
  • Foster strong employee engagement and a collaborative, trust-based culture while driving continuous improvement across HR processes and workflows

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong multinational HR leadership experience in organisational transformation, talent development, and stakeholder management within complex environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Extensive HR leadership and HRBP experience within multinational organisations, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, or retail sectors
  • Proven track record in leading HR teams and partnering with senior business stakeholders across complex environments
  • Strong expertise in organisational development, change management, organisational restructuring, and transformation initiative
  • Experience in talent development, workforce planning, and business process improvement with strong strategic and operational capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organisational levels
  • Proactive, resilient, and solutions-oriented professional with a structured mindset, agile working style, and confidence operating in fast-paced transformation environments
