You'll be empowered to influence key HR strategies at a regional and local level, ensuring that policies and practices not only meet business needs but also foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture. You'll act as a trusted advisor, by partnering with various stakeholders across departments, you will help drive initiatives related to recruitment, performance management, succession planning, compensation structures, diversity programmes, onboarding processes, and more.

Minimum two years’ experience as an HR Business Partner within the three-pillar model (HRBP/COE/SSC), demonstrating substantial involvement in strategic projects and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Contribute to the formation of key elements of HR strategy at the regional or country level by offering specialist insights that ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Provide high-quality advice on interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures, resolving complex queries, and enabling managers to take appropriate actions confidently.
  • Develop procedures within your area of expertise, interpret policy for the wider business, advise on application, and monitor implementation to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Partner with local leadership to leverage advanced HR frameworks for recruitment, performance management, career planning, compensation, diversity initiatives, onboarding, offboarding, and talent retention.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as external legal requirements while maintaining cost-effective HR solutions that support sustainable talent management.
  • Deliver comprehensive analyses of HR data to identify trends, create actionable insights for diagnosing business issues, enhancing employee engagement, and improving overall performance.
  • Investigate complex employee relations cases in collaboration with line managers; coordinate responses to legal cases; prepare legal submissions; ensure accurate casework completion within deadlines.
  • Support change management initiatives by providing analysis or monitoring progress under the guidance of senior leadership or Centres of Excellence.
  • Contribute to developing effective HR data collection forms or questionnaires in your area of expertise to ensure relevant information is gathered according to defined requirements.
  • Build strong internal client relationships by delivering high-quality professional services that support business strategy execution.
