A leading pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative to support the growth of its oncology portfolio across Taiwan.

This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven healthcare sales professional passionate about advancing patient outcomes through scientific engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic territory management. Key responsibilities:

Drive oncology product growth across assigned territories by building trusted healthcare partnerships, delivering scientific engagement, and supporting strategic market expansion initiatives.

  • Drive oncology product sales and achieve territory targets across Taipei, Yilan, and Hualien
  • Build and strengthen relationships with oncologists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within medical centres and regional hospitals
  • Develop and implement strategic territory plans to support market growth and annual business objectives
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and clinical updates to healthcare professionals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and enhance market penetration

Candidate profile:

Bring strong pharmaceutical sales expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and a passion for oncology care within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Promote oncology products and achieve sales targets across Northern Taiwan (Taipei, Yilan, and Hualien)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, KOLs, and healthcare professionals in medical centers and regional hospitals
  • Develop and execute effective territory business plans to drive market growth and meet annual objectives
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and provide accurate clinical and scientific information to HCPs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify market opportunities and strengthen oncology market penetration
  • Requires pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience (Oncology/Hematology preferred), strong communication skills, and basic English reading ability for medical materials
