An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to join a leading healthcare organisation in Taiwan. This role offers the chance to drive sales performance, nurture key relationships, and contribute directly to business growth.

Key responsibilities:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within your territory.

  • Drive territory sales performance by managing key accounts, engaging customers, and executing strategies to achieve targets, revenue growth, and profitability
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and market potential analysis
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations, product demonstrations, and accurate commercial proposals to support customer acquisition and retention
  • Utilise CRM and reporting tools to manage pipeline, track performance against forecasts, and generate actionable insights for planning
  • Lead tender and bidding processes, including pricing strategy and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure competitive submissions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience while coaching team members and sharing best practices to improve overall performance

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you will bring proven expertise in account management, relationship building, and navigating complex sales cycles within regulated industries such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals.

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and convert opportunities into revenue
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret data and drive sales decisions
  • Proven team leadership experience with at least 1 year in management
  • Highly organised, with strong time management, prioritisation, and adaptability
