Business Manager
A healthcare organisation seeks a Business Manager in Taiwan to drive operations and strategic growth through market expansion, product launches, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities:
As Business Manager, you will drive strategic growth, lead product launches, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliant market expansion to improve healthcare outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and forecasts on monthly basis: Develop and execute business and account plans, identify growth opportunities, manage partners, and oversee budgeting and performance tracking
- Manage Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with key customers and KOLs, manage account plans, and support sales achievement
- Drive Market Growth & Launch New Product: Lead product launches, manage portfolio, monitor trends, ensure compliance, and drive market expansion
- Develop Market Intelligence: Analyse competitors, attend industry events, provide insights, identify opportunities, and support regional synergy
- Report Requirements and Communications: Deliver performance reports, maintain stakeholder communication, and ensure policy and cross-functional alignment
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring medical device sales experience, life sciences background, strong stakeholder skills, bilingual fluency, and data-driven, ethical decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical or Life Sciences
- 15+ years’ medical device sales experience, ideally in interventional cardiology/radiology/or related products
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, market development, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of regional markets, regulations, and cultural dynamics
- Results-driven, commercially minded, bilingual (English/Mandarin preferred), with strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
