Sales Manager, North
A leading organisation in Taiwan is seeking a Sales Manager for the North region. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team of territory and account managers, driving commercial success across a diverse portfolio of clinical solutions.
Key responsibilities:
As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy for your area by guiding a high-performing team towards shared goals
- Lead, coach, and motivate territory/account managers to consistently achieve regional sales targets
- Drive commercial performance using strong clinical and cardiovascular knowledge, including anatomy, physiology, and disease-state understanding aligned with product portfolio
- Promote and sell solutions to new and existing clients while developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships across the assigned territory
- Provide hands-on support in complex sales situations and ensure effective execution of short-term business and sales plans
- Manage additional ad hoc duties as required to support overall sales operations and team performance
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you will bring substantial experience within the medical device or healthcare sector, coupled with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a proven track record in sales and progressive responsibility
- Solid experience in the medical device with consistent achievement of or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of product portfolio, value proposition, and clinical concepts (e.g., cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and disease management)
- Good awareness of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and alignment with business unit objectives
- Strong execution skills with high attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately and work cross-functionally
- Strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards while building trusted, solution-oriented customer relationships
