Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BUM to oversee all Acute Care Therapies (ACT) sales, account management, distributor management, and business development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global leader in the healthcare industry, providing innovative solutions for operating rooms, intensive-care units, hospital wards, sterilization departments, elderly care and life science companies and institutions.

What you'll do:

As a BUM, your primary role will be to oversee all aspects of Acute Care Therapies (ACT) including sales, account management, distributor management, and business development. You will formulate marketing strategies for ACT and ensure their successful implementation. Your excellent managerial skills will be crucial in managing and training subordinates in ACT. Additionally, you will handle administrative affairs such as approving official documents submitted by subordinates. Regular communication with supervisors and headquarters/regional compos will be part of your responsibilities. You will also plan weekly execution strategies and complete tasks assigned by the company.

  • Develop ACT business strategies and implement them effectively
  • Manage ACT distributors ensuring optimal performance
  • Formulate and implement ACT marketing strategies
  • Manage and train subordinates in ACT
  • Handle administrative affairs such as approving official documents submitted by subordinates
  • Regularly provide pending case status to supervisor and communicate with headquarters/regional compos
  • Plan weekly execution strategies
  • Complete tasks assigned by the company

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the BUM position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of related experience, you have honed your skills in the field. Previous experience in sales management is preferred, showcasing your ability to lead teams effectively. Your experience in the medical device industry gives you an edge, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. Lastly, your strong skills with Microsoft Excel enable you to analyse data efficiently and make informed decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Previous experience in sales management preferred
  • Experience in the medical device industry
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel
