RA Manager
A respected organisation seeks a Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure global compliance for wellness products and support business growth in Taiwan.
Key responsibilities:
As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will ensure global compliance for wellness products by managing registrations, risk assessments, labelling, and regulatory coordination across teams.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure products comply with international regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor global regulatory updates and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
Product Registration & Approval
- Lead registration and approval processes for new and existing products across international markets
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities to support timely approvals and market entry
Labelling & Documentation
- Review and approve product labels, packaging, and promotional materials for compliance
- Prepare, maintain, and submit regulatory documentation to relevant authorities
Risk Assessment & Management
- Conduct regulatory risk assessments and evaluate potential business impact
- Identify compliance risks, provide recommendations, and support management decision-making
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimise regulatory exposure
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with R&D, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and other teams to align regulatory requirements with business activities
- Provide regulatory guidance throughout product development and marketing initiatives
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the key regulatory contact for internal teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies
- Build strong relationships to ensure effective communication and compliance alignment
Continuous Learning & Expertise
- Stay informed on evolving regulatory trends, requirements, and industry best practices
- Maintain a high level of regulatory knowledge through continuous learning and professional development
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring strong international regulatory affairs experience, product registration expertise, risk management skills, and a collaborative approach within the health or wellness industry.
- Demonstrated regulatory affairs experience within the health or wellness industry, with exposure to international markets
- Strong knowledge of global regulations covering product registration, labelling, advertising, and compliance documentation
- Proven ability to manage regulatory submissions, liaise with authorities, and secure timely product approval
- Experience conducting regulatory risk assessments and providing practical compliance guidance across product development and marketing activities
- Excellent organisational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and regulatory updates
