A leading organisation seeks a Professional Service Supervisor in Taiwan to advance clinical education, strengthen ophthalmic partnerships, and drive evidence-based product adoption and business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead clinical education programmes, training, workshops, and webinars to strengthen practitioner expertise, equip commercial teams, and drive product adoption
• Serve as the clinical authority, providing advanced technical support while ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and advisory boards to strengthen market influence and generate clinical insights
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and external stakeholders to align clinical strategies with successful product launches and business growth
• Resolve complex clinical and fitting challenges, enhancing practitioner confidence and customer satisfaction
• Drive partnerships with optometry schools and teaching hospitals to expand product integration and future practitioner adoption

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry, Vision Science, or a related discipline, with 5+ years' clinical or corporate experience in the vision care industry
• Hands-on experience with vision care products such as contact lenses or intraocular lenses, with strong clinical knowledge and product expertise
• Proven expertise in clinical education, workshops, scientific presentations, and regulatory-compliant communications
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills to influence clinicians, build trusted KOL relationships, and drive professional engagement
• Collaborative approach with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, distributors, and healthcare professionals
• Willingness to travel across Taiwan to support clinical education, practitioner engagement, and business growth
