Brand & Product Strategy Manager
A leading medical devices organisation seeks a Brand & Product Strategy Manager in Taiwan to drive global brand strategy, optimise the product portfolio, and accelerate commercial growth in advanced wound care.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute global brand strategy, positioning, and long-term growth initiatives to strengthen leadership in the advanced wound care market
- Own global product portfolio strategy and lifecycle management, developing data-driven roadmaps that drive innovation, profitability, and sustainable growth
- Lead end-to-end product commercialisation, delivering successful product launches and maximising the value of existing product portfolios
- Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies across hospital, distributor, and retail pharmacy channels to expand market reach and accelerate revenue growth
- Identify and capture international business development opportunities, strengthening the brand's presence across global markets
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve business targets while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and global cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy, drive execution, and deliver commercial excellence
Candidate profile:
- 10+ years' product marketing or brand marketing experience within multinational healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical organisations
- Proven expertise in global brand strategy, product portfolio management, product launches, and commercial strategy within regulated healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of hospital, distributor, and retail pharmacy channels, with a track record of international market expansion and commercial growth
- Demonstrated strengths in people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and strategic communication across global teams
- Preferred experience in advanced wound care, medical devices, or pharmaceutical products, with the ability to drive growth in competitive markets
