An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager to join a globally recognised organisation in Taiwan to shape and execute impactful brand strategies that drive market share and elevate brand presence across diverse channels.

Key responsibilities:

As a Brand Manager based in Taipei, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive brand plans that align with business objectives and market trends

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Lead development and execution of functionally aligned brand plans, driving strategic positioning, performance, and market share growth through short- and long-term initiatives
  • Support and execute Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) to align cross-functional priorities and strengthen commercial performance

Brand Communication & Activation

  • Execute integrated brand communication strategies with agency partners to strengthen brand awareness across digital channels, media platforms, and KOL collaborations

Promotional Activities

  • Drive sales activation through effective promotional programs and materials while supporting accurate demand forecasting

Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Analyse market intelligence, including competitor activity, consumer insights, and market share trends to support brand strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and inform data-driven brand decisions

Budget & Operational Management

  • Manage PFME investments aligned with business priorities and brand objectives
  • Ensure operational control, budget optimisation, and compliance

Innovation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver timely innovation launches and achieve business growth targets

Candidate profile:

To excel as a Brand Manager in this role, you should have substantial experience within brand management or related fields such as marketing or sales—ideally gained from multinational or FMCG settings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline, with 6+ years’ experience in brand management, marketing, trade marketing, or sales
  • Proven background in FMCG or multinational environments, with experience operating within matrix organisations and cross-functional business structures
  • Strong expertise in brand building, consumer insights, market strategy, and commercial decision-making with solid business acumen
  • Strategic, results-driven professional with strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of food nutrition is an advantage
  • Candidates with relevant but less experience may be considered for Assistant Brand Manager level
