Sales Force Effectiveness Manager
A leading organisation seeks a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager in Taiwan to drive commercial transformation through data-driven insights, optimising sales performance and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead sales force effectiveness initiatives by analysing commercial performance and driving continuous improvements that enhance productivity and business results
- Optimise sales operations through customer segmentation, territory alignment, call planning, resource allocation, and performance management to maximise field force effectiveness
- Develop dashboards, reports, and commercial analytics that deliver actionable insights and support strategic business decisions
- Drive CRM adoption, digital transformation, and cross-functional projects that improve commercial processes and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with commercial governance and regulatory requirements while partnering with sales and marketing teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and return on investment
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, CRM, or similar commercial functions
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and commercial analytics to support sales performance and data-driven decision-making
- Exposure to commercial or sales organisations, with experience delivering cross-functional projects and driving operational improvements in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
