Clinical Specialist
A leading global medical device company seeks a Clinical Specialist in Taiwan to provide expert clinical education and support, helping improve patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver expert clinical training and education to healthcare professionals, promoting safe practices and improved patient outcomes
- Design and facilitate compliant educational programmes, ensuring adherence to regulatory and professional standards
- Build trusted relationships with key clinical stakeholders and support knowledge-sharing to strengthen clinical excellence
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent clinical support, coordinate education events, and respond to training needs
- Monitor clinical evidence, industry developments, and best practices to enhance education strategies and support organisational capability
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline, with Registered Healthcare Professional status and an instructor or education qualification preferred
- At least 3 years’ experience in interventional cardiology, cardiac care, or catheterisation laboratory environments
- Proven experience delivering clinical education and presentations to healthcare professionals in regulated healthcare settings
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organisation, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to develop educational materials, reports, and presentations effectively
