Commercial Learning Manager

An organisation seeks a Commercial Learning Manager in Taiwan to drive commercial capability building, training design, and talent development for sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities:

As Commercial Learning Manager, you will design and deliver training, support product launches, and develop commercial capabilities through sales collaboration and performance tracking.

  • Commercial Capability & Leadership: Lead commercial learning initiatives, partner with sales leadership to close capability gaps, build structured learning pathways, and align training programs with regional/global stakeholders
  • Product & Technical Training: Deliver expert product training on capital equipment and healthcare solutions, support new product launches, and ensure competency through high-quality curriculum and evaluation
  • Clinical & Market Education: Develop clinical knowledge across specialties, train teams on procedures and customer needs, and translate clinical value into actionable commercial messaging
  • Sales Excellence: Deliver sales methodology training, coach field teams, design blended learning solutions, and measure impact to improve sales performance
  • Training Operations: Manage onboarding programs, develop training materials and certifications, coordinate delivery logistics, and track KPIs with leadership reporting

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring commercial experience in B2B technical industries, training and curriculum design expertise, strong facilitation and stakeholder skills, and a passion for developing commercial talent.

  • Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree is advantageous) with 5+ years’ commercial experience in sales, sales leadership, or business development in technical B2B industries (medical device, healthcare, diagnostics preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience in corporate training, sales enablement, field training, or learning & development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Highly organised, strategic yet hands-on, with a coaching mindset and strong capability in people development and project execution
