【Access】Program Manager

A leading security and investigations organisation seeks a Program Manager (Access) in Taiwan to drive engineering projects, business change, and global cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own multiple NPI and product sustaining programs for embedded biometrics and software solutions, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
• Lead geographically dispersed cross-functional teams, aligning Taipei engineering with global stakeholders and driving effective communication
• Develop and refine product development processes and best practices to improve project efficiency, consistency, and execution
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, and corrective actions, maintaining transparency and removing barriers to successful delivery
• Deliver project dashboards and status reporting while partnering with the PMO to share knowledge, cross-train teams, and adapt scope to business needs

Candidate profile:

• 5+ years’ experience in project/program management delivering software, firmware, hardware, or system solutions within a structured PMO
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent product development experience considered
• Hands-on Agile Scrum (Scrum Master/Product Owner) and Waterfall Phase-Gate experience; Lean Innovation or SAFe exposure preferred
• Proficient in Oracle Agile PLM, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
• Strong customer and stakeholder management, technical communication, and risk management skills; fluent in English and Mandarin/Taiwanese; biometrics knowledge preferred
