【ProAV】Project Manager

A multinational technology organisation seeks a Project Manager (ProAV) in Taiwan to drive AV integration projects, deliver high-quality solutions, and enhance client experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AV integration projects, owning scope, schedules, resources, risks, and delivery from initiation through closeout
• Build and manage project schedules, aligning stakeholder requirements, resource availability, timelines, and competing priorities
• Monitor project progress and proactively adjust plans to keep objectives, deliverables, and timelines on track
• Own client and stakeholder relationships, driving transparent communication through project meetings, status updates, and timely issue resolution
• Strengthen project governance through accurate documentation, PMO compliance, resource coordination, and risk mitigation
• Deliver high-quality customer outcomes by aligning project deliverables with client expectations and driving continuous corrective actions

Candidate profile:

• 5+ years’ project management or relevant AV industry experience, with at least 2 years’ college education and PMP certification
• CTS certification with working knowledge of AV technologies, construction processes, and technical documentation
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using AI tools to optimise workflows
• Strong English and Mandarin or Cantonese communication skills for effective engagement across multicultural teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and coordinate stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support client sites, project teams, and remote resources
