【Server】NPI PM

A leading global technology manufacturer seeks a Server New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager to lead new server product introductions, driving cross-functional collaboration, accelerating time-to-market, and supporting business growth in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead NPI project coordination by managing engineering pull requests, purchase orders, and material readiness to ensure on-time product builds
  • Own SAP PBR execution and NPI logistics, ensuring accurate transactions, shipment coordination, and proactive risk management
  • Support manufacturing readiness by resolving material issues and enabling a smooth transition from NPI builds to volume production
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers to review CM KPIs, resolve project issues, and maintain execution alignment
  • Drive process improvements by developing SOPs, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Deliver project reporting and documentation that enables informed decision-making and successful NPI execution

Candidate profile:

  • 3–5+ years' experience managing server product projects in CM or ODM environments
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems supporting NPI project execution
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, procurement, operations, and manufacturing teams
  • Strong project coordination, organisation, and time management across multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, including reporting and presentations
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a commitment to quality, compliance, and workplace safety
