A leading electronic components manufacturer seeks a Product Manager Lead (Power Product) in Taiwan to lead magnetic component strategy, accelerate AI power infrastructure innovation, and drive global product growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define product specifications and technology roadmaps for LAN Transformers, PoE solutions, and magnetic components
  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept and R&D collaboration through commercialisation and market launch
  • Optimise product costs by improving BOM structures, sourcing alternatives, and strengthening supplier partnerships
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to shape product strategy, pricing, and sales enablement
  • Partner with Sales to develop new business opportunities and support technical marketing across global markets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Taiwan and China to deliver innovative AI power infrastructure solutions

Candidate profile:

  • Degree-qualified in Electrical, Electronic, Communications Engineering, or a related discipline, with 5+ years' experience in magnetic components or power products
  • Strong technical expertise in LAN Transformers, PoE, Buck/LLC circuits, magnetic components, and IC applications
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills in cost analysis, product strategy, and decision-making
  • Proven experience collaborating with R&D, Procurement, Sales, and senior stakeholders across international teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to engage technical and commercial audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong presentation and technical documentation skills
