A leading technology innovator seeks a Product Manager in the CEO Office to drive strategic execution, align cross-functional teams, and accelerate global product innovation in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive CEO Office strategic initiatives by translating executive priorities into cross-functional execution that delivers business and product outcomes
• Lead alignment across software, hardware, product, and manufacturing teams, ensuring clear ownership, prioritisation, and seamless programme delivery
• Oversee enterprise-wide programme governance, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and execution to keep strategic initiatives on trac
• Drive collaboration across teams in Taiwan, North America, and China, aligning global stakeholders to accelerate decision-making and delivery
• Deliver executive insights by synthesising cross-functional information, identifying risks and opportunities, and enabling data-driven decisions for senior leadership

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, with strong experience in product development, engineering, or cross-functional programme management
• Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within scaling or global organisations, ideally across both hardware and software product environments
• Proven track record delivering strategic business outcomes by driving alignment, execution, and collaboration across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues, exercise sound judgement, and influence decisions without formal authority
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with executive leadership and working effectively across global, multicultural teams
