A prestigious brand seeks a Design Programme Manager in Taiwan to transform product development operations by optimising cross-functional processes and driving efficient concept-to-commercialisation delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product development and production workflow, identifying bottlenecks and driving process improvements across design, procurement, workshop, and operational teams
  • Lead data-driven optimisation initiatives using production metrics and business insights to reduce lead times, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance delivery predictability
  • Translate product strategies into executable operational plans, balancing production capacity with business demand while providing leadership with clear visibility of progress and risks
  • Oversee inventory and asset management, delivering analytical insights and recommendations to optimise stock utilisation, allocation decisions, and future collection planning
  • Act as the key liaison between Product, Sales, Markets, and Operations teams, coordinating priorities, managing resource allocation, and ensuring seamless execution from planning through distribution

Candidate profile:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Programme Management, TPM, Business Operations, or Consulting, with a focus on process optimisation and operational excellence
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related analytical discipline
  • Experience working across cross-functional environments, partnering with Product, Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL; exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is advantageous
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and influence decision-making
