AI Server Power Technical Lead / Engineering Manager Position Overview 我們正在尋找具備深厚 Power Electronics / Server Power 技術背景的資深研發人才，加入快速成長中的 AI Server Power Engineering Team。 此職位將負責國際大型 Cloud / CSP 客戶之 AI Server Power 專案，除了參與新一代高功率密度電源產品開發，也將逐步承擔 Technical Leadership、Project Management 與 Team Building 職責。 不要求一定具備正式 People Management 經驗。 若您目前是 Senior / Principal Engineer，已能獨立 Lead Project、進行技術決策並帶領其他工程師，也非常適合此職位。 Key Responsibilities 1 負責 AI Server / Cloud Computing Power 相關產品之研發與技術規劃。 2 Lead Power Project，負責電源架構評估、Circuit Design、Simulation、Prototype 及 Validation。 3 研究與導入新型 Power Topology、Control Technology、高功率密度及高效率電源技術。 4 負責關鍵磁性元件之設計、模擬與驗證。 5 主導產品從 Design → Validation → Safety Certification → Mass Production 的完整開發流程。 6 與客戶及內部跨部門團隊合作，進行 Technical Discussion、Issue Analysis 與 Design Optimization。 7 擔任團隊 Technical Leader，協助工程師進行 Design Review、Troubleshooting 及技術能力提升。 8 隨著團隊持續擴編，逐步承擔 People Management、Resource Planning 及 Team Development 職責。

Requirements

• 5 年以上 Power Supply / Power Electronics 產品研發經驗。
• 熟悉 AC/DC、DC/DC Power Conversion 及相關 Switching Power Topologies / Control Technologies。
• 具備完整產品開發經驗，包含 Circuit Design、Simulation、Debug、Validation 及 Mass Production。
• 具備磁性元件設計或相關實務經驗。
• 熟悉 PSIM、SIMPLIS、Mathcad、ORCAD、PADS 等相關設計 / 模擬工具。
• 能夠獨立負責專案並進行 Technical Decision Making。
• 具備良好的跨部門溝通、問題分析及團隊合作能力。

Preferred Qualifications

• 具備 Server PSU / AI Server Power / Data Center Power 產品開發經驗。
• 熟悉高功率、高效率、高功率密度電源產品設計。
• 曾擔任 Project Lead / Technical Lead / Team Lead，或具備 Mentor Junior Engineer 經驗。
• 具備 CSP / Cloud Service 客戶專案經驗尤佳。
• 具備正式管理經驗佳，但非必要條件；歡迎希望從 Technical Expert 進一步發展至 Engineering Management 的資深工程師。
