A leading global technology company is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join its Taipei team. You will be involved in the mechanical design and development of advanced power-related products, working closely with experienced cross-functional teams.   • Lead mechanical design and development activities for next-generation power and energy products supporting data center applications.
  • Develop 3D models, engineering drawings, and mechanical solutions for various enclosures and components using tools such as Creo or Pro/E.
  • Own mechanical engineering deliverables, including product architecture, BOMs, specifications, documentation, and packaging design.
  • Perform tolerance analysis, design verification, and root-cause investigations to improve product reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across electrical, thermal, manufacturing, quality, and program management to deliver robust product solutions.
  • Support prototype and pilot builds, including basic assembly and mechanical integration activities.
  • Work with manufacturing teams and suppliers to identify and resolve DFM issues throughout the product development cycle.
  • Define packaging concepts and materials to support product protection, logistics, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Prepare engineering drawings, assembly layouts, and technical documentation from concept development through production.
  • Support NPI activities by maintaining engineering BOMs, specifications, drawings, and other product development deliverables.
