Mechanical Engineer (AI server)

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the structural design and development of server rack cold plates and CDU products. Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead structural design and functional planning for cold plate and CDU components.
• Manage BOM preparation and verification to support effective material management.
• Select appropriate materials and introduce qualified suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.
• Execute mechanical design and engineering changes to improve product performance.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Participate in the full new product development process, from concept design through mass production.
• Handle enclosure and piping design, machining, welding, and other mechanical engineering activities.
• Select piping valves and fittings, perform structural analysis and strength testing, and ensure product safety and reliability.
