[Server] Thermal engineer
A leading technology innovator in Taipei is seeking a Thermal Engineer to join their expert team, focusing on the design and development of advanced liquid cooling solutions for AI servers.
- Design and develop liquid cooling solutions for AI server applications, including cold plates, liquid loops, and CDU systems, ensuring optimal performance under demanding conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive thermal analysis and optimisation for high-power GPUs such as HGX and GB200, utilising advanced simulation tools to achieve efficient heat dissipation.
- Utilise CFD and thermal simulation software to model heat flow, validate designs, and ensure reliability across various operational scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical and system teams to integrate cooling solutions into complete server assemblies and rack-level configurations.
- Support product development by participating in testing, verification processes, and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise during prototyping or production phases.
- Lead the development of air/liquid cooling modules and water blocks for servers, overseeing product design from concept through mass production introduction.
- Integrate water cooling systems seamlessly with other server components, ensuring compatibility and efficiency throughout the entire system architecture.
- Contribute to mechanical design efforts by applying your knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and structural requirements for thermal management products.
- Drive innovation by researching and developing new technologies that enhance cooling performance and support future product advancements.
- Provide technical guidance during product validation stages, assisting teams in analysing test results and implementing improvements based on empirical data.
