A leading organisation in Taipei is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their expert team, focusing on the design and development of AI server structures and advanced cooling systems.

• You will be responsible for designing mechanical structures for AI servers, ensuring robust performance and reliability in demanding environments.
• You will develop complete system layouts for rack-level configurations, planning efficient space utilisation and integration of key components.
• You will integrate liquid cooling systems—including cold plates, piping, manifolds, and CDU units—into server designs to optimise thermal management.
• You will collaborate closely with the thermal engineering team to enhance heat dissipation and fluid distribution within complex assemblies.
• You will execute DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles throughout the product lifecycle to ensure manufacturability and ease of assembly.
• You will conduct rigorous reliability testing and validation processes to guarantee long-term durability of mechanical designs.
• You will work alongside suppliers to drive mass production initiatives and implement quality improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
• You will participate in cross-functional meetings to align mechanical design objectives with overall project goals and timelines.
• You will document all design processes, changes, and outcomes thoroughly for future reference and compliance purposes.
• You will provide technical guidance and support during assembly phases, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
