Mechanical Engineer (Server)

What will you do:

As a mechanical engineer, you will be deeply involved in the mechanical design of servers and high-density storage, not only mastering tolerance analysis, quality control, and cost management, but also proposing effective solutions to technical problems such as vibration and heat dissipation. When it comes to assembly optimization and cable routing, your careful planning will directly impact product manufacturing efficiency and final quality. In addition, you will be responsible for RFQ evaluation, mold development review, and maintenance during the mass production manufacturing phase, participating in the entire product lifecycle. Having experience in cabinet design can play a key role in the team. In your daily work, you need to actively collaborate, communicate well, and communicate with clients in English to jointly promote the smooth completion of projects. • Responsible for the mechanical design of servers and high-density storage, including technical challenges such as tolerance analysis, quality control, cost management, vibration and thermal solutions, etc.
• Assembly optimization and cable routing design are carried out to ensure that the efficiency and quality of products meet the highest standards during the manufacturing process.
• Participate in the RFQ evaluation process, propose feasibility analysis and formulate optimal design plans based on customer needs.
• Responsible for mold development and review during the product design stage, assisting in maintaining products from the mass production to the manufacturing stage.
• Innovative suggestions are made for rack design to enhance product competitiveness and meet market demand.
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical problems and share knowledge together, fostering overall team growth.
• Proactively communicate with customers to discuss technical details, conducting professional communication in English to ensure accurate communication of requirements.
