What you'll do:

• Support electrical engineering execution throughout all stages of development builds onsite at contract manufacturing facilities, ensuring high standards are maintained.

• Test and validate new designs rigorously to ensure optimal performance and reliability across various use cases and environments.
• Work collaboratively with firmware, software, thermal, and RF teams to align project execution strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
• Define technical requirements, design robust schematics, and review PCB layouts for new product developments using industry-standard tools.
• Contribute to stackup definition processes by applying your knowledge of best practices in electronic design and manufacturing.
• Utilise lab instrumentation effectively for testing purposes and provide detailed feedback on results to inform ongoing improvements.
• Develop test stations for validation purposes, supporting debug activities and ensuring smooth transitions from prototype to production.

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline coupled with at least four years’ relevant industry experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time as required by project needs.
• Excellent documentation skills that support process development initiatives within fast-moving engineering teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across firmware, software, thermal, RF, and manufacturing functions.
