RF Engineer - Cable/Connector

Senior RF Product Development Engineer Position Overview 加入全球大型電子零組件集團的 RF Product Development 團隊，負責高頻互連與 Test & Measurement 相關產品的 Electrical Design、Simulation、Validation 與 Qualification，並與海外研發、製造及產品團隊共同推進新產品開發。 Key Responsibilities * 負責 RF Connector、Cable Assembly 與 Test & Measurement 相關產品之 Electrical Design & Development * 使用 HFSS 或相關 EM Simulation Tool 進行 RF 模擬與設計優化 * 規劃並執行 Electrical Validation / Qualification * 使用 Network Analyzer 進行 RF Measurement 與 Performance Characterization * 分析 Insertion Loss、Return Loss、Impedance Matching、Signal Integrity 等 RF Performance * 與 Mechanical Engineering 合作進行產品設計與性能優化 * 參與 Concept、Prototype、Verification 至 Qualification 完整產品開發流程 * 執行 Failure Analysis、Root Cause Investigation 與 Corrective Action * 與 Global Engineering / Manufacturing / Quality / Product Management 團隊合作 * 提供 Project Technical Leadership 並協助 Junior Engineer 成長

Requirements

• EE / RF / Electronics Engineering 或相關背景
• 5–8+ 年 RF Design、RF Testing 或 High-Frequency Product Development 經驗
• 熟悉 Network Analyzer 與 RF Measurement Equipment
• 具 HFSS 或相關 EM Simulation Tool 使用經驗
• 熟悉 RF Fundamentals、Transmission Line Behavior
• 具備 RF Product Validation / Troubleshooting 能力
• 英文可與海外 Engineering Team 進行工作溝通
