SI Engineer - Connector

Position Overview We are supporting a global technology company in expanding its High-Speed Interconnect R&D team and are looking for an experienced Signal Integrity Engineer. This position will focus on the design, simulation, analysis, and validation of next-generation high-speed interconnect solutions for Data Center, Server, Networking, and other high-bandwidth applications. You will work closely with global engineering teams and participate throughout the development cycle, from simulation and design optimization to laboratory measurement and product validation. Key Responsibilities * Perform Signal Integrity / Power Integrity simulation and analysis for high-speed interconnect products. * Develop and optimize high-speed electrical designs, including PCB stack-up, via structure, transmission line and interconnect architecture. * Build simulation models and evaluate high-speed channel performance. * Conduct SI validation and correlation between simulation and actual measurements. * Perform laboratory measurements using VNA, TDR, Oscilloscope and other high-speed test equipment. * Analyze S-parameters, insertion loss, return loss, crosstalk, impedance and other signal integrity characteristics. * Support failure analysis and troubleshooting of high-speed signal issues. * Collaborate with global Hardware, Mechanical, Product and Manufacturing teams on new product development. * Develop design guidelines and technical recommendations for next-generation high-speed products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications, RF or related fields.
• Experience in Signal Integrity, RF, High-Speed Digital Design or related areas.
• Solid understanding of Electromagnetics, Transmission Line Theory and S-parameters.
• Hands-on experience with SI simulation tools such as:
  • Ansys HFSS
  • CST
  • Keysight ADS
  • Similar EM / SI simulation tools
• Experience with VNA / TDR / Oscilloscope measurement is highly preferred.
• Experience in Server, Networking, Connector, Cable, PCB or High-Speed Interconnect products is a plus.
• Good English communication skills for collaboration with global engineering teams.
