This organisation has a rich history in R&D and manufacturing, partnering with major international manufacturers and focusing on the design, development, and sales of enterprise wireless communication systems, network security servers, mesh network systems, and wireless client products.

What you'll do:

  • Guide and nurture the BIOS team through all stages of BIOS project development and maintenance, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages knowledge sharing and mutual support.
  • Utilise your familiarity with the EDK2 codebase to oversee the implementation of new features and ensure compatibility across multiple platforms.
  • Evaluate RFQ specifications related to BIOS components, providing expert insight to ensure alignment with client requirements and organisational standards.
  • Work closely with hardware engineers to co-operatively debug complex BIOS issues, leveraging inter-personal skills to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Port BIOS features across various devices and platforms, ensuring seamless integration within the broader product ecosystem.
