This role centres on Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) firmware architecture, design, and integration within embedded systems. You will contribute to high-impact projects while shaping next-generation platform reliability and performance in a flexible, growth-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior BMC Engineer, you will immerse yourself in the full lifecycle of BMC firmware development for AI product applications.

• Design, develop, and debug BMC firmware architecture to ensure compliance with product requirements and technical standards
• Develop and port device drivers, integrating them into Embedded Linux or RTOS environments
• Implement firmware using industry protocols and communication standards (IPMI, Redfish, SMBus/I2C, Modbus, CAN bus)
• Translate customer requirements and product specifications into detailed technical documentation, including design specs and test plans

Candidate profile:

To excel as a Senior BMC Engineer in this role, your proven track record should reflect significant hands-on experience designing embedded system architectures within fast-evolving technology landscapes.

• Engineering background with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Strong expertise in C programming with proficiency in Embedded Linux and BMC development
• Solid knowledge of BMC firmware architecture, memory controllers, and I/O control technologies
• Preferred: experience with OpenBMC development
