• Maintain a comprehensive certification master schedule to ensure all compliance activities align seamlessly with overall system product timelines.
• Review supplier compliance reports and certificates meticulously, validating their completeness and conformity with regulatory standards.
• Monitor supplier certificate renewals closely, ensuring timely updates and uninterrupted compliance coverage across all components.
• Provide backup support for compliance test report execution, certificate management, and product marking implementation to guarantee accuracy and punctuality.
• Follow up proactively with suppliers regarding certification activities, status reporting, and escalate risks or delays when necessary to maintain progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers to implement changes resulting from regulatory updates or revisions in test standards, ensuring seamless adaptation.
• Offer backup support for regulatory compliance readiness across multiple international markets including US, EU, Asia, collaborating closely with suppliers to address gaps.
• Assist in maintaining and continuously improving compliance management guidelines so documents remain accurate and audit-ready at all times.
• Participate actively in workshops and training sessions aimed at strengthening job skills and staying abreast of evolving compliance regulations.
