A leading organisation is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager. The TSMC Senior Sales role is key to driving business growth strategy, executing division plans across assigned fabs, and achieving individual performance targets.
Key responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager – Semiconductor Key Accounts, you will play a critical role in executing strategies that align with business objectives for one of the most influential players in the semiconductor sector.
- Execute and deploy TSMC sales strategy and business roadmap across assigned fabs, ensuring achievement of KPIs including topline growth, reporting accuracy, and system maintenance
- Drive proactive promotion of strategic offerings at customer sites to enable sustainable business growth in close collaboration with the application team
- Develop and manage multi-level customer relationships by leveraging internal resources, including service teams, to maximise customer satisfaction and retention
- Support TSMC GAM in analysing and interpreting market intelligence and key financial metrics, including orders, revenue, accounts receivable, and forecasting
- Monitor business performance and ensure alignment between customer demand, operational execution, and strategic sales objectives
Candidate profile:
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in managing high-value accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in key account management within the semiconductor industry, with strong preference for TSMC experience
- Proven track record of successfully selling new solutions or offerings into strategic key accounts
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and resilient, with added advantage of solid TSMC business exposure and knowledge of M&H sales methodology
