Controlling Manager

A leading multinational organisation is seeking a Controlling Manager and will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the business by leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes while fostering collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities:

As Controlling Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial planning activities that support the company's strategic goals.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business strategy and performance management
• Provide financial analysis, variance analysis, and actionable insights to management and business teams
• Partner closely with commercial and operational teams to drive profitability and business decision-making
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and performance presentations for leadership review
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and financial visibility

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in FP&A, controlling, or commercial finance within multinational environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of FP&A, controlling, or commercial finance experience in multinational environments
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business partnering capabilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior management
