FP&A Manager

A global consumer business is seeking an FP&A Manager in Taiwan to lead financial planning and analysis, partnering with business teams to turn financial insights into decisions that shape growth and investment.

With exposure across a broad consumer product portfolio and a globally connected business, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting while influencing pricing, product initiatives, investments and operational priorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Own annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and rolling forecast cycles aligned with business strategy
• Analyse monthly performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Partner with Marketing and business teams on pricing, product launches and new initiatives
• Deliver management reporting and financial analysis that supports business planning and investment decisions
• Lead closing and reporting activities with Global Business Services while improving data quality and financial processes
• Lead and collaborate with finance and business teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and improve operational efficiency

Candidate profile:

• 10+ years’ relevant FP&A experience, with a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Strong knowledge of GL accounting and business processes
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in Chinese and English
• A self-motivated, collaborative approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
