Finance Manager

A leading manufacturing organisation seeks a Finance Manager in Taiwan to drive financial transformation, enhance business performance, and shape strategic decisions through effective finance partnering.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Taiwan management, Sales, and Operations to drive strategic decisions and business performance
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights to improve growth, profitability, and cash flow
• Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and scenario analysis across business units
• Oversee financial performance across New Equipment, Modernisation, and Service, including project profitability, revenue, costs, and cash flow
• Lead financial risk management, pricing and investment analysis, performance initiatives, and Taiwan tax and statutory compliance

Candidate profile:

• 10+ years’ progressive finance experience in multinational environments, covering FP&A, controlling, reporting, tax, and internal controls
• Strong finance business partnering experience with senior management, Sales, Operations, and regional/global Finance teams
• Proven commercial judgement with expertise in project costing, revenue recognition, estimates at completion, and service revenue management
• Advanced analytical and process improvement capabilities, with Power BI, finance system implementation, and automation experience preferred
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and governance skills, with CPA/ACCA/CMA qualification highly desirable and a strong focus on compliance and controls
