FP&A Supervisor

A leading FMCG organisation seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Supervisor in Taiwan to drive regional financial planning and strategy, strengthen business partnering, and support sustainable growth across Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead monthly financial reporting, G&A variance analysis, and management reporting, providing accurate insights to support business decisions
• Manage financial planning and FY P&L forecasting, identifying and escalating financial risks to management in a timely manner
• Coordinate rolling forecast inputs and month-end closing, ensuring accurate and consistent data across SAP, HFM, and BPC
• Manage expense budgeting, forecasting, and actuals monitoring, strengthening cost control and financial discipline
• Review KPIs and analyse financial performance across assigned brands and channels, identifying trends and opportunities to support business growth
• Provide ROI analysis, management insights, and financial support for special projects, enabling informed decision-making and business growth

Candidate profile:

• Demonstrated FP&A experience in a corporate environment, ideally supporting multinational or regional operations, with exposure to month-end closing and reporting
• Proficiency in SAP, HFM, BPC, or similar financial systems for reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation
• Strong financial analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI, and ROI analysis skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and translate data into clear recommendations
• A flexible, dependable, and continuous-learning mindset, with the ability to manage changing priorities and maintain high-quality deliverables
