Finance Business Partner (Manager Level)

A leading global retail company seeks a Finance Business Partner (Manager Level) in Taiwan to deliver financial insights that drive business performance, strategic growth, and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to deliver financial insights that drive business performance, strategic decisions, and growth
• Lead business cases and financial modelling for customer initiatives, market expansion, investments, and cost optimisation, quantifying impact and trade-offs
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the commercial market, delivering accurate reporting and actionable insights
• Drive variance and KPI analysis to identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities, enabling timely action and stronger business decisions
• Oversee cash flow and working capital performance, driving initiatives that strengthen liquidity and optimise working capital efficiency
• Collaborate with Business Partnering, FP&A, and Performance Management teams to strengthen financial planning, KPI, and governance frameworks

Candidate profile:

• 6+ years’ progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance roles
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline; MBA, CFA, CPA, or ACCA highly preferred
• Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, scenario analysis, and variance analysis
• Experience with financial systems, BI tools, and data-driven FP&A methodologies
• Strong understanding of retail economics, commercial drivers, and value creation within complex business environments
• Proven ability to advise business leaders, translate financial insights into decisions, and build trusted stakeholder relationships
