Finance Analysis Manager

A leading global automation machinery manufacturer seeks a Finance Analysis Manager in Taiwan to drive financial strategy and enable business performance across global operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with product, manufacturing, and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives and support strategic decision-making
• Lead financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling to provide actionable insights that drive business performance and optimise profitability, costs, and cash flow
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver recommendations to improve business outcomes and support corporate objectives
• Build trusted relationships with regional and corporate stakeholders while providing financial guidance across business planning, governance, and cross-functional initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement by leading finance projects, enhancing reporting capabilities, and leveraging technologies such as Power BI and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, at least five years’ FP&A experience in large multinational organisations; an MBA or PMP certification is an advantage
• Strong finance business partnering experience, with a proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a global matrix environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, with experience leveraging financial systems to support planning, analysis, and reporting
• Fluent in Chinese and English (TOEIC 750+), with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across regional and global teams
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities, with the adaptability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement through technology and innovation
