An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Analyst and Supervisor to join a respected organisation in Taoyuan. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values supportive leadership, and is eager to make a meaningful impact on both operational and financial efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with different teams to collect relevant information for budget preparation, fostering an environment of open communication and teamwork.
  • Analyse financial results on a regular basis, identifying trends or variances that require further investigation or action.
  • Support the month-end closing process by providing timely and accurate financial reports to management.
  • Assist in developing annual budgets by working with stakeholders across the business to ensure all assumptions are well understood and agreed upon.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting any discrepancies and working with others to resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide insightful commentary on financial performance, offering recommendations that support responsible decision-making across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies during all financial planning activities.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required, contributing your expertise to improve processes or address new business challenges.
